Originally completed in 1927, The Roosevelt is a registered historical landmark featuring Beaux Arts Classicism and Italian-Renaissance design influences.
The exterior and lobby feature dramatic arches, mosaic floors and walnut woodwork, as well as cast stone details, stone quoins and multiple tall cornices that hearken back to a glamorous age when ornate fixtures and superior craftsmanship were the norm.
But inside each loft space, you'll find modern interiors combined with distinctive touches that bring the building to the forefront of 21st century design.
